The Boxing Breakdown
When Belts Stop Mattering And Money Talks
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Boxing doesn’t change because fans argue online, it changes when the business forces fighters to pick a direction. We start with Devin Haney facing a real crossroads: negotiate the WBO mandatory with Keyshawn Davis, risk a purse bid, or vacate and chase a bigger moment. We talk through what each option signals, why timing matters, and why a “dangerous fight” isn’t always the same as a “sellable fight.”
Then we get into the matchup boxing fans keep demanding: Haney vs Shakur Stevenson at 144. We break down the style clash, the weight talk, and the core question of how rounds get won when both guys are elite technicians. We also address what Shakur has shown lately on the front foot, why his accuracy changes the scoring optics, and what the Ryan Garcia fight did to the public conversation around Haney’s defense and durability.
From there, it’s the big headline: Shakur Stevenson signing with Zuffa Boxing. We dig into what “what’s next” really means, how Saudi funding and platform alignment can make cross-promotional fights easier, and why belts might become optional when the bag is massive. We close with the wild side of the sport: Teofimo Lopez vs Rolly Romero, Tank Davis’ next move and star power, Floyd Mayweather headlines, and the Ryan Garcia vs Conor Benn twist that puts Zuffa right back in the title picture.

Welcome And Tonight’s Fight Menu
SPEAKER_00What's up, what's up, what's up? Welcome, boxing fans. It is Mark Roxy, and welcome to the boxing breakdown. I am here with my host and partner in crime, Mr. Harold Hunt. Welcome him to the broadcast, ladies and gentlemen. What's up, what's up, what's up, Harold?
SPEAKER_01What's up, what's up? How you guys doing out there, man? Happy to be here, having to talk. The best sport in about the best sport in the world.
SPEAKER_00Yes, yes, yes. It is the best sport in the world for sure. Even though we are in the midst of the FIFA, you know, the FIFA extravaganza is going on. We are uh deep, deeply embedded in July. Here it is, July, and and uh, you know, the summer is just moving by, man. It's it's moving by so fast. I don't even know what to say about it. But here we are, and we've got um a tremendous show today. We got we're gonna talk about a lot of fun stuff for those of you out there tuning in. You can do it on YouTube, and you can do it on Facebook. Facebook is a lot of fun. Uh just get in there and you know, if you have questions or you want to add some comments to the to the broadcast, you're welcome to do that. And off we go.
Haney’s WBO Mandatory Vs Keyshawn
SPEAKER_00Today we are going to talk about Devin Haney, uh, Keyshawn Davis, and uh I understand there's a lot of news there, there's a lot of uh possible developments in different ways that can go. Um, and then we're also gonna break down Shakur Stevenson. Yes, by now everybody should know that Shakur Stevenson has signed with Zofa Boxing. But the real question that we want to break down tonight is okay, so what's next? What does it look like? And uh, you know, there's a lot, a lot to talk about about Shakur, which uh Harold and I love talking about Shakur whenever we get a chance. He's he's an amazing fighter, and uh we always, whenever we get to a topic of Shakur Stevenson, we love that. And um then we'll also break break down some other topics. Uh, we'll talk a little bit about uh uh Tank Davis and Floyd Money Mayweather. Uh we'll also get into the Ryan Garcia versus Connor Ben. Uh and and not even just the fight, just all the hoopla and the news uh surrounding that fight because there's so much news. So here we go. Let's kick it into first gear, baby. We're ready to go. Harold, let's go. What you got? Talk to me about Devin Haney and Keyshawn Davis.
SPEAKER_01Well, Devin Haney has an opportunity to further his career, and he has so many great options. One option is uh to fight Keyshawn Johnson, Keyshawn Davis, rather, who is his mandatory through the WBO. Now, uh, as you know, usually uh when you have a mandatory, you need to go ahead and negotiate the fight, how much everyone's gonna get paid, the venue, what have you. Haney is not really uh anxious to do that. Right. And if it goes so far and they don't agree on the number and the side or whatever, it goes to purse bid, meaning the promoters will put together a number and then the fight goes off. Haney may not want to fight Keyshawn right now, so he has two other options. One option is to give up the WBO belt. Therefore, he doesn't have to fight Keyshawn Davis because he's no longer the champion. His second option is to go fight Shakir Stevenson at 144, no belts on the line. It's a big fight. Even if he was to lose that fight, drop that fight, win that fight, it doesn't matter. It's not four belts, it's for the public and the the bragging ride saying he beat uh Shakur or Shakur beat him. So those are the options. Now, on Wednesday of this week, today is 17, uh, 719, I believe. On Wednesday, a decision has to be made by him. Either it'll go to Purse Bed for him to fight Keyshawn, or before that time, he'll negotiate with Keyshawn and they'll go ahead and make a lot more money because they negotiated, or he will he will uh drop the WBO belt and not have not be the champion. Right. And then he may negotiate to fight Keysha uh he uh Secure at 144, funded by the She. Uh just to go further, the uh Haney is a free agent right now.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, for sure. Well, I think that Devin Haney rejected that uh Shakur Stevenson uh you know, the whole weight thing. I don't know what's going on with that, but Devin Haney had something to say uh about that, didn't he?
SPEAKER_01Yes, uh, you know, yeah, he said he didn't want to do it, and either way it goes, it's still on the table because he can turn around tomorrow morning and say, okay, I'll do it. But that's one option that he has too, if if he chooses to do that, right? Um I don't know if he should fight uh Keyshawn Davis or not, or just vacate the belt and wait and see what else is coming up. But if I were to vacate the belt, I would want to go ahead and fight uh Shakur. It's a huge fight, it's a huge money fight, and it proves uh to some people that the belts don't really matter when it's two people who the world wants to see.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, well, I mean, everybody would love to see that fight. They'd love to see either one of those fights. But I know Devin Haney seems to be uh a game accomplice because Devin Haney is in there and he is talking to Shakur, and you know, he's posting videos of himself online. You saw all of that stuff. So, you know, he's talking about, you know, hey, bro, I'm at 156, so I'm right there, I'm right in the zone. I can jump to 144 easy. That is not gonna be a problem for me. And, you know, so yeah, I mean, that that claim that it was a problem, uh, you know, Haney basically put uh kipputz on that and said, it's not a problem. I'm 156. Here's the scale. He shot himself on the scale, and in fact, he was 156. So, you know, I mean that's that's an interesting development.
SPEAKER_01So do you think uh Shakura come up that far? You think Haney would come back down to that? Uh Shakur seems uh pretty uh um set on 144 or nothing.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, well, I mean, I think I think 144 is fair. I mean, if Haney thinks he's got no problem at 144 and Shakur's willing to fight at 144, make the fight. You know, let's make the fight. The fans want to see that fight. Are you kidding?
SPEAKER_01I say do it. I say do it. I'm not saying he'll lose to Keyshawn Davis, yeah, but that would be a fight that may not necessarily put butts in the seats as needed. Now Davis is a draw, but he's not a good dance partner at this point, and he's kind of a dangerous fighter for Haney, somewhat. But Haney has proven that he can beat dangerous fighters in the past, so I'm not putting that past him, but Keyshawn may not be able to sell like that right now. Yeah, and um uh uh Shakur just began to have the kind of cachet to sell like that.
SPEAKER_00Well, Shakur, you know, he's the bell of the ball, bro. He's I mean, he's he just went from career first career to uh a brand new career. He just switched careers, and so now he's you know, he we're gonna chop this up a little bit later, and I think that we probably should still do that. But you know, I mean the Haney fight, I I don't um I I I love that he shot the video at 156 and you know said, hey bro, I can be here at 144. I love that he was willing to do that. Um Shakur wants 144. So, I mean, and if Haney's saying I can make 144, sign the contract. Make that fight. That would be an amazing fight for the fans. They would truly, truly love it. And I think it would make a lot of money for both of them. They would both make a boatload of money, especially with Dana White, you know. Uh I think it'd just be a fantastic fight to have um in the lineup. I mean, we've got some good fights coming up. You know, I mean, there's there's some pretty good fights between Joshua and Errol Spence and Tim Zoo. Joshua is fighting uh uh uh Prienga, I think that's how you say his name. Edgar Balanga's fighting. So there's a lot of really good fights coming up. Lamont Roach, who I love, is you know, he's fighting William Cepeda. Uh Sharnika Johnson is fighting uh Thor Slung and Clarissa Shields back in action. Amanda Serrano's back in action. So come on, let's make this fight, bro. Like, why will we not make that fight?
SPEAKER_01You know? Well, I don't know if Haney will keep his WBO belt, yeah, because he's not taking his mando with uh Keyshawn. Right. I don't know if he can tell WO, look, after it's over, I'll I'll fight Keyshawn, or they're gonna be staunch and say, no, you gotta you gotta uh handle this uh this uh uh or we're going to strip you. I don't know any of that, and I'm not speculating on that. Yeah, I don't know if he wants to drop it, they're gonna let him keep it. I don't know what's gonna happen with that. But uh Davis is his Mando, and mandos do have a little clout in that if you don't take them, sanction bodies have uh removed you from that, from from the champion, so championship. So on the other hand, you want the sanction fees. So the WBO uh uh uh uh uh fiscally or uh business wise, let them fight that fight. He still come back and uh defend this WO uh wealth or weight title, and we can still be in and you know collect the fees and and get our organization uh uh fighting uh our our champion.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. No, no, no. I mean, I I didn't mean to by any means or any stretch of uh the imagination. I did not mean to take Keyshawn Davis out of the conversation. He's completely in the conversation as far as that's concerned. I just want the the audience to know that it's just that, you know, here on the boxing breakdown, you know, we want to see the best fights too, you know. So we're we're just you know hopeful that in fact that fight gets made because I would love to see Shakur and and Haney go at it. Um I I don't know if you have any predictions so early on, um, Harold, but I certainly think that um, and and no disrespect to either of the fighters, but I think that uh Shakur may have just a slight edge in this particular instance.
Haney Vs Shakur Styles And Risk
SPEAKER_00Um, but I'd be interested to know how you feel about that.
SPEAKER_01Well, it's um Shakur has shown in his past two fights that he can be on the front foot.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01He's shown he can stand in front of you and hit you clean so the judges can see without a doubt who's who's who's uh who's winning. Um the narrative of him being a runner of uh is kind of uh being uh eroded because if you look at his last two fights, he was on the front foot and he was very aggressive. Um uh uh Haney has shown that he can be aggressive as well, and maybe he'll he'll get hit. Uh he'll get hit. He'll maybe he'll get hit. Maybe. And uh, but the rest of the uh his his skill set is just is just perfect as well. I feel like Haney really works hard at every aspect to perfect it. So every aspect of being a fighter, I believe he perfects it from hard work and dedication and just attention to detail. Whereas Shakira possibly may have a different little uh wrinkle in that he may be somewhat uh more uh natural, if you want to say it like that. Yeah. The skill sets are very equal because one worked at it, the other one worked at it too, but it seems that he has little something different to achieve the same results as Haney. So it's kind of hard to say who would win or who would lose. If you want to look at it that way, who was ever on the front foot? I would believe uh Shakur is hard to hit. You can't hit him, it seems as such, yeah, unless he allows you. And Haney, uh, I've seen him uh get hit, uh not to be knocked down, but he gets hit to to uh to to to to to to to fight and and and win. He wins every he wins a lot of rounds. He's never lost. You know, uh the uh other thing with Garcia was just an anomaly.
SPEAKER_00Well, yeah, I mean certainly it was an anomaly. You know, I I appreciate you saying that, but but the truth of the matter is that it it opens up the conversation for how vulnerable is he getting hit with clean shots, right? So I mean I know that there's you know, I know that there's a law, you know, I I think Ryan Garcia, uh, there was there was something that came across the wire that said Ryan Garcia was, you know, threatening to sue uh if they have any more conversations about, you know, PEDs or anything like that in in relationship to the fight. But, you know, at the end of the day, I I don't really even know what happened with that. No one really does except the commission and those individuals, but you know, it's just all fodder and and and gossip about what actually happened. Those two individuals know exactly what happened. But you know, that being said, there's could he could be a little chinny. You know, I mean he could be a little chinny, and if he's a little chinny against a guy like Shakur, who who is um purported to be, I mean, for as far as I'm concerned, I would give him you know, if you went down the pound for pound, best fighters right now, and so I'll just pull some of them out of the top ten, my top ten, which is in a way, uh Usig, you know, Bam Bam, uh Bavolas up in there, I would say Nakatani's there, uh you know, Shakur is definitely there, Benavides is up in there, but from those fighters that I just mentioned, I have to tell you that I think Shakur is probably one of the most accurate outside of uh in a way, and um, you know, in a way a Nakatani, I would have to say, and no slight to any of the other ones. Just off the top of my head, skill for sequel, I think that Shakur is probably the most accurate. So you put him in the ring against the Devin Haney, and he connects, you know, is is he I'm just saying there's a lot of questions about Shakur uh hasn't demonstrated the one punch knockout.
SPEAKER_01He hasn't demonstrated uh that he can hit you with a one, two, one, one, two, or three, and really just rock you and just put you on Queer Street and finish you off. Yeah, he hasn't uh shown that yet. And he's at 144. Yeah, so he's come up to 144. Devin's been hit by some big boys, okay? Yeah, he's hit by big boys, and if you want to say uh what's the name was enhanced, uh Garcia uh was enhanced, you can say that. But the the the uh the film was out there of him getting hit, going down, getting up, hitting, getting hit, going down. So there's kind of a book on how that punch was delivered. What happened for him to even get hit, even if he was enhanced, he still got hit. So that is something that's there. I'm thinking, I'm thinking that Haney's gonna be able to take uh uh uh Shakur's punch and not get hurt or knocked down. He may lose on points just because he's being landed upon. But it could go the other way around because Haney knows how to you know uh win on points as well, as he's done his entire career. So it's kind of hard to look at that. I don't think Haney can hurt Shakur, and I don't think Shakur can hurt Haney. I think it goes 12, and who's ever on the front foot may have the uh opportunity to win. However, if you're in the front with against Shakur, you're gonna get hit. But Shakur's added as of now has been on the front foot.
SPEAKER_00Wow. That's that's an interesting folks. That's a very interesting uh little uh breakdown, if you will, of how that fight could go. I I I really respect that. I think that there's a lot of merit to what you just said. I mean, it it could it could be that way, it could go that way. But you know, I mean, unfortunately, uh I I'd have to go, I'd have to give the skill sets just a tad bit um to to Shakur. And I just I just you know think that Shakur, uh, you know, just to speak to what you said about him not really having those kinds of knockouts. Um yeah, I can understand that, but I will tell you this. He has a pedigree, a special, he has a special pedigree of boxing skill. He is he is a uh former Olympian, you know, he did fight in the Olympics, you know, he came up, I think we got the silver medal in the Olympics, and uh that was a long time ago, at the very beginning of his career. But you know, I'm only bringing that up because I watched Shakur, you know, he's from the great state of New Jersey, and I had the pleasure of watching him come up as an young amateur. Um, you know, I know the camp very well, and the the caliber of his skills have only gotten better. Um, they've invested so much into uh Shakur's skill sets. Um he has had the opportunity to work some with some pretty amazing um team members, including Terrence Bud Crawford. And um I I just think that that his skill sets are just really right now very, very difficult to beat. And it would be interesting uh to see if he does go on his front foot, but but you know, their their camp, uh they're not interested in Shakur taking shots. There's no reason to take shots, right? And so that's the style of fighting, and Haney has that style as well. You know, I think Haney um has kind of departed from it a little bit um and shown some you know defensive vulnerability, but you know, they both have good defense, so it'll be a very man, that'll be such an interesting fight, Harold.
SPEAKER_01Just the mindset he's garnered by being around uh uh undefeated fire. Two of them, uh Andre Ward and uh Terrence Crawford, yeah, and no, three of them uh Shields, Crawford, right, and uh uh uh um uh Ward. Yeah and that mentality of being undefeated and and and being able to handle everything that comes at you. Uh as we know, Ward was kind of a brawler, he would grab you and hold you and hit you, kind of like uh uh uh Hopkins used to do. Yeah, you know, get you, grab you, and push you and hit you off, hit you, hit you, and grab you. He was that kind, okay. And then uh we know what Bud did. Bud was able to switch back and forth or whatever, and you know, uh he learned quite a bit how he never really got hit. I only saw him hit like one time, and that was debatable. Yeah, but I watched all of his fights at every weight, and I really hadn't seen him hit only maybe once, maybe twice. So that right there, and we know Shakur does not get hit, so it's kind of a mindset. If you hang around with eagles, eagle. Act like an eagle if you hang around with a buzzer, you're gonna act like a buzzer. In my opinion, he's hanging around with people who have that mindset that can do nothing but help him mentally, and then he's got a skill set where he just doesn't get hit, yeah. And he'll stand in front of you and hit you.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, I mean that's what I said. I think it's a compelling fight. Uh, the powers that be should make that fight. Do whatever you can to make that fight because everybody's wanted Harold. We've been talking about this for years. And Shakur, when we when we first had these conversations, Shakur was always in the background as like a potential contender, someone who could potentially come up with, you know, I don't know if you remember that, but I'm going back four or five years when we started our podcast. Folks, go back and listen to the podcast that we talked about. You know, we were talking about uh Ryan Garcia and uh you know Javante Davis and um gosh, Tia Fimo Lopez and the three kings at the time.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it was three new kings.
SPEAKER_00We even have an episode, I think it was called the three kings of the four. Yeah, and and so now you've got, you know, uh he Shakur's already beaten Tio Fimo Lopez, right? He's got an exceptional resume. I mean, he's fought um Havanucian, he's fought uh De los Santos, he fought Zeppeda, um gosh, he's fought Canseiko, you know, Robeson's Canseco, Oscar Valdez, Jamal Herring. He's had some great Toca Khan. Toca Khan was a killer fighter, great fighter. He's so so I guess what I'm saying is that he's fought some great fighters. The opposition uh has been pretty, you know, amazing um as far as Shakur Stevenson is concerned. So, and it only gets better for him, and I think this kind of segues us right into I've I had that up for quite a while, but it talking about you know Shakur Stevenson signing with Zufa.
Shakur Signs With Zuffa What’s Next
SPEAKER_00Now what? Now what? What do we what what's gonna happen to him next?
SPEAKER_01Such a watershed moment for him to go there. First of all, he is in, as he said, uh uh I quote, I'm in the money-making business, money-finding business, money-making business, one of those two. And the bag that he's gonna get, the money's gonna get from signing with Zufa is is really, really uh is fantastic, exorbitant, if I want to use that word. Yeah, he's gonna get paid. But signing with them, knowing that Zufa is still subservient to the chic, meaning the chic, if he wants to make a big fight, Zufa is not in the cards. Maybe they can promote it, whatever. But if the chic says, I want these two guys to fight, I'm gonna pay the number, that's going to happen. Right. So he went ahead and signed with Zufa, even though everybody's saying, well, you signed with him, the sanction advisor don't want to mess with you because you signed with Dana White and all that. There was no way he would have signed with them if he hadn't had guarantees that he could make the best fights. Now, his stance is helping the entire situation because he's saying, I don't need the belts. I want to fight fights regardless. The belts don't mean nothing to me. As long as I can make the biggest fights, the belts don't mean nothing. So right there, he's saying the sanction buys, they can be involved if they want to be. I mean, if if uh Zufa or or or or Sheik uh wants something, but if not, he doesn't care. Now, he signed with Zufa, and as we said, uh uh uh Haney is a free agent. So they can actually make that fight move. So for him, he's in a situation where he can go ahead and get the bag. But Mark, what's amazing to me is this yeah, he's in there, and if he is has the opportunity to fight these big fights without the belts, what other major champions who are coming to the end of their contracts with Match Room or Golden Boy or anybody else, what's stopping them from going over there, taking that big bag, and still having an opportunity to fight for the belts? Because the Sheik is saying, I'm gonna work with the belts. Zufa may not, but I'm funding Zufa to a point, and Zufa is really going to uh or go along with me because I'm gonna put the money up for the big fights. So for him, it's good, but I want to see Mark, who else is going to jump ship broad?
SPEAKER_00Bro, listen, everybody's gonna jump ship once the once the numbers come out, right? Because this is what I this is what I think, Harold. I just like you're talking, and all I'm thinking about is how much the let me just I was just you know digging in here. I was in the uh on the on the internet just cla clout clown and looking for what the amount was, and and purportedly, okay, there's like it's reported that he gets 15 million dollars a fight. 15 million per fight. However, they're saying that the package, the total package, is an eight figure deal, right? And that the package is estimated to be over one hundred billion. Okay, hold on, hold on. Just let that everybody that's tuning in. Let that one hundred billion. Let that settle in. Like, really, just oh my gosh. Can you can Harold talk to me, bro?
SPEAKER_01Okay, cut that in half.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_01All right, just cut it in half.
SPEAKER_00Okay, 50 million.
SPEAKER_01Okay, you cut that in half, you cut the 15 in half. Just cut it in half, just just for posterity. All right, okay. Those will be real more realistic. We don't know what the press is saying, and we don't know if it really disclosed as such, and we don't know who's speculating, right? And we don't we have no clear nothing. So whenever someone criticizes you, there's some truth in that.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01When somebody lies on you, there's some truth in that. There's some truth in whenever something comes out. So I'm gonna take this truth and I'm gonna cut it in half. Okay, look at those numbers. That's realistic to me, but I don't know anything. It's still a wonderful deal because he's in a situation where he can wants to fight. He's in his prime. He says he only wants to fight twice a year because he wants to spend a lot of time with his family. Right. He realizes that his skill set can erode in the next five, six years because he is a reflex fighter. He has said this, he has had podcasts that said, This is what I am. I am not uh the kind of fighter can do that. So I have to take advantage of the situation. So those numbers being what they are, real or half, they're still phenomenal. He's still in a situation where he can kind of pick and choose who he wants to fight. He only has to fight two times a year to get that money. So he's in the cat bird seat for real.
SPEAKER_00100 million dollars.
SPEAKER_01Okay, bro. It's a phenomenal type number. And um, he's in the money-making business. So uh for him to say he only wants to fight two times a year, that's because he's looking at Bud. He's looking at Croft, I mean he's looking at Bud, he's looking at at these other fighters, and he's realizing he doesn't have to make those same kind of uh mistakes, you know. And it is a fairy tale and and and a rainbow at the end of the rainbow and and and and wait unicorns and wait way. I get that, I get that. But for him, he should be happy, quite one hundred million dollars.
SPEAKER_00Come on, man, come on, you guys.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, he only has to fight two times a year. He said that out of his mouth. I only want to fight two times a year, right? And whatever that number is.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Wow, okay.
Teofimo Lopez Vs Rolly Romero Breakdown
SPEAKER_00Well, listen, we I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna say the amount again, um, because now it's starting to weigh on me, but I will say that we should switch and have this conversation really quickly here about Teo Fimo Lopez versus uh Role Remero, right? They're gonna be uh clashing horns. Um and the fight is on, it is scheduled, and um that looks like it's gonna be a very interesting um fight. What do you think, Harold?
SPEAKER_01That's very true. Well, there's so many backstories on this fight here.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Um, I'll start with Roley. Okay. Uh initially, Roley uh was quite a quite the trash talker.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Quite brav a lot of a lot of a lot of uh bravado and and and and bragging and and just off the wall type things. He had a little issue with a female, but that was cleared up. He was completely exonerated because he didn't do anything. It's just an opportunity when someone tried to take advantage. Uh that that that was interesting for him. He was able to come back, win some great fights. Then he got an opportunity to fight and take. Yeah. Um, Roley is a fighter we want to see. He's gonna come forward, he's gonna try to take you out. Now, Roley recently, maybe eight months ago, he found Jesus Christ.
SPEAKER_00Amen.
SPEAKER_01And he has taken that stance and doing the press conference, in any other situation where he's in a press conference, he's no longer that brash, off-the-wall, crazy type person. He has uh embraced his his newfound uh uh situation, yeah, and he's exhibiting it all the time. Now, I watched a press conference with uh him and uh uh uh uh Tofino uh and Lopez, and the father was trying to goad him on to the old uh uh uh uh Roley. Yeah, but Roley kept sidestepping the sidestepping to the point where the father was like, I can't even get him to do what he or act the way he used to act. So right there, uh you see something different. Now, a commentator of note, uh um uh he he won the uh oh he was a champion. I forget his name. He he works all the time, he does a lot of fights. He said, a lot of times when fighters find Jesus Christ, they start losing because they no longer have that nastiness anymore, and they kind of change their their attitude, and that's just what he said. So I can't say who uh I can't remember his name. He's he's a very prominent. If I if I remember his name, uh Sergio Mora.
SPEAKER_00Sergio Mora was a prominent great Sergio Mora must not be a man of God to say something like that, because you know, all things, all things can be done only through the power of Jesus Christ. So I don't know why he would say something like that, but because Role, you know, the fact that Role has found, you know, his way to the Lord is an amazing thing. I don't think it's uh I also will tell you that Tio Fimo Lopez is also um, you know, a man of God as well. He he also uh believes in God. So, you know, I mean to say that somehow his fight, his performance would be less than because of that, I don't, I don't, I don't think I don't agree with that.
SPEAKER_01I just man I understand that. Yeah, I agree with that. I understand that's something that he has said. Now he said he believes in the Lord as well, but he was saying if you look at the history of other fighters who have gone that way during their career, the the the aggression and the bite is somewhat absent from them. Okay, that's just what he said. I'm just quoting that now. Uh uh Rolly, when you have that piece, I believe that he's found, I believe he's really uh uh uh he he could be more dangerous and more reckless. He was reckless anyway. He was reckless anyway. He just went to kill you, you know. But now I believe uh he feels uh like there's nothing that's gonna, whatever this earth or world's gonna offer to him is not gonna deter him. And I think that he's really gonna uh go after uh uh Lopez. Now, uh they were friends, even during the press conference, the back and forth, really continues to laud him and say he's gonna be in the Hall of Fame one day. All of these things. He's saying none of the positive things, he's reflecting all the negative stuff. But that's dangerous for Lopez because you have a man who respects you, but he's gonna come after you. As far as Lopez is concerned, this opportunity for him to kind of bounce back from the Shakur thing. You know, he has he's gonna have somebody's coming after him, he gets to use his counterpunching ability, right? Uh you know, he fights well off that off that back foot, moving around and catching you. Roley's coming right, coming right to him. Yeah, it's gonna be a fight similar to the tank fight.
SPEAKER_00No, absolutely. And I would I would also just preface that, or I will preface what I'm about to say by stating that Roley lost to Javante Davis and Roley lost to Pitbull as well, right? So Raleigh's got two losses, and Teofimo lost to Shakur Stevenson, right? So I mean they both have lost to basically the top, the very, very top of the sport currently, right? And um, you know, because of that, um, I think this makes a super compelling fight as well. I mean, uh Rolly Ramiro is 17 and two, right? And and Tio Fimo Lopez is 22 and 2, right? So they're they're about the same age. They're both uh actually, I think uh Tio Fumo's 29, but they're both right at 30, you know, right at uh 30 years of age. Um, and really their their uh their reach is exactly the same. I think uh Teofimo is the better at a half of an inch uh in range, so there's not much of a difference. Oh, and then he also um has about an inch uh height on Rolly Ramiro, Teofimo Lopez, that is. So, you know, I mean this is this is gonna be a great fight because both of these guys can come, Harold, directly forward. Both of them, and both of them can be incredibly careless, and both of them can have an absolutely perfect night. Both of them. So I think this fight is um, you know, this is gonna be one of those fights where you're like everybody's gonna be talking about it the next day. Oh my gosh, did you see, you know, how X fighter beat, you know, Y fighter. That's what this is gonna be. This is gonna be a great, and by the way, it's promoted by uh Tom Brown from uh TGB. I guess he's part of the promotion there.
SPEAKER_01Um yeah, so Lopez may have a more skill set, meaning that he can come forward as you said in attack. Yeah, he can also counter punch as well when you're coming in. I haven't really seen Roley do that. I seen him come forward and be aggressive and cut you off. And his win over Ryan, he just kind of didn't give Ryan any exits, any any angles to get out of the way. He just kind of kept him, you know, in the fence, and he was able to win on points. Didn't really hurt him, anything like that. He just landed and Ryan really couldn't get off. So uh that kind of fight, uh Rolly, you know, that's his MO. Whereas we've seen uh Lopez uh uh uh backpedal and and knock people out. We've seen him uh move to left and right, going back and land clean punches. We've seen that. We've seen when he gets people hurt, he's on the front foot and put you out. So he has both sides of the fence to me, whereas I haven't seen Rolly uh show any type of uh uh anything other than what he has. And when he did lose, he was trying to come after uh both of the fighters that that that he got knocked out. Yeah, uh Tank knocked him out because he was coming at Tank. He said, I'm gonna get you, I'm gonna get you, I'm gonna get you, and got hurt. Uh with uh pitbull, the same thing. So he didn't have any kind of boxing that I saw.
SPEAKER_00Well, he certainly is um he's only improved since those fights. He literally has come to another level since those fights. And I would say that Roley Ramiro is one of those guys that um his story is still being written. He's not a fighter that I I consider what you see is what you get. He's a fighter that I I believe has the propensity to continue to learn. And depending on how he's being trained for this fight, um, you know, he has the potential to win this fight. So it this is by no means a you know, Teofimo Lopez easy fight. But you know, these they're both uh very, very skillful and and Teofimo uh uh, you know, the one thing I'll say about Teofimo Lopez is when he is when he is challenged and he's brought to a higher level is when Teofimo Lopez excels. He excels when he is the underdog, right? So if he comes to this fight and he feels that, you know, you you guys are gonna be in for an amazing, amazing fight between these two cats. Because they're they're both excellent boxers and they both bring the fight, you know, not not like uh the conversation we were just having a moment ago about uh Haney and Shakur. That fight could literally be, you know, I fell asleep in the fifth round because they're so technically uh, you know, perfect fighters that it could almost be a boring fight, right? This one here, they're both imperfectly perfect. Because of that, because of that, it could be an outstanding uh clash.
SPEAKER_01Roley has a new trainer. Roley had a lot of discipline with the Ryan Garcia fight that I've never seen before. So when you say that he's improved, he he has.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Um mentally he's improved, surgery's improved, obviously is he has improved because Ryan is no joke. Right. And uh he was able just to win on points, and and that is something that you know that's really uh uh serious. So I'm looking forward to that fight as we go along here. Yeah, but uh it's gonna be interesting how they uh finish off the press conference because there's no fire, there's no nastiness in the press conference whatsoever. You should have saw it, Mark. Yeah, uh the father was trying everything in the book. I mean, just everything. Yeah. It was over. Uh uh really was hugging on him and shaking his hand. Just they was like, we can't get nothing out of this guy right here. So that's gonna be interesting how they go along.
SPEAKER_00Listen, I think that they they don't these these two fighters have been in the ring so often, right? And the the boxing community, the casuals as well. Everybody knows these two fighters. So I think the fight is the whoever, you know, the the matchmaker uh and and the guys who put this fight together understand that these this is going to be a very sellable fight because you know, as they get closer to the fight, they will both unravel. They both will unravel. You'll see. It's going to happen. Uh the question is, say, you know, which press conference do they unravel? Uh, but they will give the fans what the fans uh pay to see because both of these under individuals understand what boxing is. They understand the the show to the business. You know?
SPEAKER_01I agree in the ring they're gonna fight. The press conferences, I would like to see if if if Rory will will go ahead and play play the game. Right. But as of as of now the press conference I saw he didn't.
Why DAZN Cross-Promotion Helps Fans
SPEAKER_01Very respectful and they was like Harold, this fight takes place in uh it's uh the commission is the Nevada State Athletic Commission and it is taking place on Saturday August 22nd at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas Nevada just for y'all that are going there to get your tickets now if you get your airplane yeah get go get that get those tickets man because it's gonna be a great fight and you know what everybody needs an excuse to go to uh Las Vegas uh to see the big big fight so this is great it's also gonna be on Amazon Prime I understand as a pay-per-view and it will also be on the zone as a pay-per-view which I love I love the fact that they're all working together um you know this this whole thing of everybody working together is kind of making me real happy man like you know I don't you you see you know the Zone is bringing them all together you know Eddie Hearn is doing a great job of bringing uh top rank and and golden boy and PVC and like Al Heyman they're all coming together and they're working together and I think it's it's um I mean obviously it's essential essential but it's great to watch them do it and it's you know the fighters benefit tremendously uh you know I saw a card the other night on the zone and literally there was a golden boy card fighter on the card there was a top rank fighter on the card there was a a PBC fighter on the card and I was like wow this is this is awesome this is great for the fans all you boxing breakdown fans check it out man you guys are you guys are reaping the rewards of the the Sheik and Dana White in the zone in the zone in the zone yeah it's like it's great wonderful stuff you know so you know tank davis what do we got about tank davis any news on tank davis recently yes yes yes now as you know uh bbc went over to the zone yeah and they brought their entire uh stable of fighters except tank right tank is not in that group of fighters that is signed to the contracts and do all that kind of thing because tank is an entity until into himself wow he is so big he's gonna negotiate his own deal with the zone he is the second biggest draw in boxing beside uh uh Canelo right and when Canelo vacates wins loses or whatever Tank is the man now of course Tank has all this uh legal stuff going on but he won't serve no time nothing's happening tank is online saying to everyone I want to fight by the end of the year which is only five months from now right um uh PBC is saying he should fight at the beginning of the year if if anything now that's just five months to clear up all that stuff but as you know if you're a fighter and you're in a particular state uh there's a possibility I don't know this that the state will allow you to fight because the revenue that you generate I remember when Floyd had a fight and then he had to go report directly after that he was supposed to go report before the fight but they said no go ahead now there's been other times in history where they've allowed the fire to fight then he had to go uh serve or do or whatever yeah after the fight after money was generated for that state for that commission yeah for everybody involved all the way down to the hot dog vendors yeah so in this situation tank is loved now uh I know people who don't even know that Tank is a fighter they just know him from social media wow tank is loved by so many people who don't even know he's a fighter men and women who don't even they just like him something about him that he has galvanized himself to people then you got the negative pub and you got the good the bad pub i mean good pub and the bad pub it's still pub people know tank davis yeah and he is saying I'm gonna be back he's disregarding as far as we can tell any legal situation that may uh stop him from fighting yeah well listen I can tell you something tank davis is the must-seed TV unboxing right now because you know I I mean I've been to uh a bunch of his fights and and the one thing I will say I have too yeah like like huh I mean talk about sold out arenas I mean tank brings the noise and and uh he's a he's an amazing fighter and he's got a tremendous tremendous following um you know fan base so that doesn't surprise me'd say it's a movie uh I I did a fight in DC with him and we're in Atlanta it was packed it was it was sold out uh he set a record in DC uh for packing out that arena yeah and in uh in Atlanta uh it was 22 000 people the place only holds 17 000 people wow wow wow wow uh what was crazy about this mark was the counterfeit tickets were so well done that the counterfeit tickets actually fooled the machines that allowed the ticket holder to get in so you had people uh seven people to one seat I was there i i i did a fight right right before his wow as a judge and I noticed and I talked to people and that's exactly what happened wow technology was such but Atlanta didn't know how to handle a fight crowd like that they was used to the NBA yeah they'd never seen such a raucous wow fight uh uh situation before and they really wasn't equipped to handle that type of of clientele they have they have since but at that time that was the first one it was a maiden voice but that as you said I've done and I did a fight with him in DC where I was uh inspector I was in the ring not with him but the fight before him and whatever the point was he is must see tv everything he is the bomb yeah yeah yeah Harold so um evil waves one four one four six four says yep I remember that uh that but tank does not bring the hype money there's Floyd though that type of money yeah I can't say it because the live is covering it uh that type of money uh there's Floyd Canelo De La Hoya then there's a lower level okay so well you cannot you cannot uh evil ways one four six four thank you for your comment and I agree with you yeah I agree with you that that Tank has not yet reached that super stardom um that you know you see with a Floyd money Mayweather um I think that a lot of that is because Floyd you understand Floyd his entire persona and his entire career was based on um you know the lifestyles of the rich and famous basically and so that persona that he took on was a persona that people attached to uh especially early on that followed those programs the lifestyles of the rich and famous there was a I forgot Robin Leach was the guy that he was the guy um who was the host of that program.
SPEAKER_00And
Tank Davis Stardom And Next Fight
SPEAKER_00so you know yeah you know Floyd has an exceptional resume of people who he's fought and you know it's it's arguably one of the best resumes in boxing ever um arguably um but but you know tank is not yet there and I also think that tank doesn't enjoy the limelight in the same way that Floyd Money Mayweather enjoys the limelight and then as far as Canelo is concerned you know Canelo you know he has an entire country behind him. So it's not even just the casual fans the American fans it's it's a whole country and um you know De La Hoya uh same thing but again I don't I don't think that De La Hoya is quite on the same level as as what a Floyd um was able to do in the sport um you know for for may must must see TV if you will um not diminishing his skills you know because he was phenomenal Golden Boy you know phenomenal but you get the point um yeah allow me to say this Floyd was a knockout fighter knockout puncher 99% 80% whatever when he was at 140.
SPEAKER_01And because of that I mean 135 because of that everyone remembers when Floyd used to knock people out all the time all the time when he moved up and he had to be Floyd money Mayweather then uh people say well we know Floyd knocks people out because he used to knock people out all the time. So we would allow him to move like he has and not uh uh uh necessarily uh say negative things about him because they remember how he's knocked people out yeah and like you said he he he likes that but he had he had the cachet before because we knew I know him as a knockout puncher right I know him as a knockout puncher but you know it's the second part of his career he was not now as far as Tank is concerned when Tank fights again it's gonna be that kind of money when he fights again that kind of crazy millions and and and the hype and all that it's gonna be just like it used to be with Floyd because now he's coming out with all this villain stuff that the gentleman just said and all that and he's gonna cash in on that and Canelo's going to be out of the way so yeah uh his story is is is great uh you know the good and the bad and now he's coming out to fight and I see those kind of numbers uh for uh his very next fight yeah so that's what I see well I I mean I I don't disagree with you one of you I mean yes uh you know I assume um evil ways one four six four you're talking about the villain being Floyd Money Mayweather I think and um you know he he was a villain and he loves to play that role and I think it works very very well it has worked very very well for him and um I think that Tank um you know yeah if he if he faces a Shakur especially uh with the notoriety that Shakur is currently getting in another year or two if they clash uh that would be a very very big fight I mean you're talking about astronomical numbers um for a fight like that and yeah it certainly would put Javante Davis over into the next uh you know it will it will tip the scales for sure I just don't know that Javante Davis actually wants that you know what I mean I don't feel like uh from from the interviews and from the way that I see him carrying himself I I'm I'm just not a hundred percent sure that I mean I could be completely wrong and who am I to say but I don't know that he's talked a lot about leaving the sport and um not being involved in boxing and I and I that's very very well documented.
SPEAKER_00So I'm not quite sure exactly where he's going with it um and it'll be very interesting to see as you know some of this stuff clears and and some of the smoke uh dissipates.
SPEAKER_01So yeah Harold so let's let's talk a little bit about Floyd Money Mayweather and and I just want to full disclosure to say that I am not you know here at the boxing breakdown one of the things that we we try to do and I think it's really really important for those of us that are in uh commentating or you know broadcasting in any way uh I mean I'm a I'm a I'm a professional boxing trainer I I I'm a cut man I I I've been involved in the sport you know for most of my most of my life but you know I think that um we can't we we have to be careful not to beat down these amazing uh athletes when they're you know when they're not uh at their best and so it's with the spirit of that that we have this conversation about ploy money mayweather understanding you know tremendous amount of respect and and certainly um you know trouble befalls all of us at some point some way somehow right Errol uh yes uh I just want to give some information and uh I just think that the world needs to kind of know some facts because uh um you have an idea what really happened and this is not what happened so I'm gonna give some facts on this situation and uh they're not biased in any way now uh Floyd has uh is in an area where he has a certain amount of money and and and and funds and there are so many other people who are in the same situation he is and a lot of that in their day to day is being sued and suing other people and back and forth and back and forth.
Floyd Mayweather Rumors And Reality
SPEAKER_01So many of them have four or five lawsuits going on at one time and they're suing somebody else and suing and you don't even know who these people are because they're not a line like that. Right. But when you are in that type of of air a rarefied air and you have that kind of money and you're moving back and forth buying this and doing this and doing that and doing this these kinds of things happen all the time it's like getting your cero in the morning this is going to happen. Right so but the world may be looking for Floyd to kind of fall so they're gonna they're gonna look at this but people of that kind of money constantly are involved in something like that. So they're just looking at him saying well you're getting ready to fall but there's counsel of people who make the same money less or more who are embroiled in the same stuff but we don't hear about that. That's just one thing I want to say about that now Floyd is of course uh from what I understand is just involved in that uh he still has generational wealth yeah he's still going to uh do what he wants to do or whatever and you know mistakes are made or not made or we never know but he is not in any way in a situation where he will be uh uh uh uh broke or have to sell his homes and all that kind of stuff that's just not going to happen because he's insulated to the point it's just that this peripheral stuff that the world sees they you know I'm not saying they wish his demise but it's it's something that that that makes headlines but so many other people are in the same situation and they get up every day and and enjoy their lives and their money and their cars or whatever just like he does it's just that he's in the public eye and they want to pay attention and some of it can be embellished meaning that some of it can be kind of made up so he's not a bad situation. But what we wanted to say was he said he wanted to fight Tank. Now I know that's just fun and games and whatever and this and that but yeah you know let tanks strap him up and tanks say yeah I'll fight you or whatever but that's not really going to happen. But the point is Floyd knows how to keep himself in the eye of the world.
SPEAKER_00Yeah no no he certainly does and you know we just wish Floyd Money Mayweather all all the success and whatever troubles he's he's uh found himself in you know embroiled in that it goes away quickly and that he can get back to living his amazing life that he's so well earned and um yeah but we we definitely understand that there's a lot of a lot of um a lot around that so you know we wish him well and we hope that he will get uh past it and life will move on and yes sir we Mexicans watched Floyd uh to see him lose once he beat Oscar most of us stopped most of us stopped hating and started embracing that's great I love that uh embracing Floyd's greatness yeah well you know he he has the uh the charisma to actually pull that off and and you know sway a whole nation to actually go you know what we like this guy he's a good guy you know so yeah I can understand that and um yeah so next we have who give him the caption mark yeah brother so double h double h is in the house pushing pushing the envelope he wants to know what's coming next folks so what we got next is a little discussion and we're gonna end the broadcast here tonight talking about Ryan Garcia versus Connor Ben this is the biggest thing we should have had this on the very first this is the biggest thing as you know Connor Ben's with Zufa Dana White said there's no way in the world I'm ever going to work with any sanctioned body I don't care what Zofa is a belt blah blah blah blah right Ryan is a WBC champion who works with De La Hoya right De La Hoya awkwardly said that uh he and uh Dana White could not work together because of whatever the differences are however Zoo's entire situation was we are not going to work with the sanctioned bodies well guess what they jumped in the sandbox they're going to play with the other sanctioned bodies because this is a WBC fight right for Ryan's WBC belt and Connor Ben is going to be fighting for that belt and he's promoted by Zufa who said they would never be in a fight where there was belts involved now what happens with this is it opens the door for every fighter who's on Zufa.
Ryan Garcia Vs Conor Benn Belt Twist
SPEAKER_01I'm talking about uh uh Moses Jr. Right and Belonga and all those other guys who went over to Zufa to get that nice fat bag and then this didn't have to fight the champions because Zufa said we're not going to fight the champions. So they get it get a nice bag beat some people that they could beat enjoy their career they never was under threat not threat but they never had to worry about belts anymore. But with this now if Berlon wants to have a title fight with uh one of the sanctioned bodies he actually can do it because they have opened the door and allowed uh Connor Ben to do so yeah so Dana White has said no sanctionable bodies guess what he's in bed with them the horse is out the barn the dike the fingers out the dike whatever you want to say it's over so now we're gonna see the Zufa fighters fight for the titles we're gonna the the the the ones we know about the BC the BA the IBF the BO we're gonna see those things because Dana White has relented his stance saying that no one uh none of his zoo fighters will fight for the belt so to me that's the biggest news that's the biggest news now everybody is gonna be fighting everybody all the Zuba fighters are gonna be fighting the PBC fires who are fighting the the mass food fires who are fighting the top rank fires who are fighting the Queensbury fires wonderful time well not only that you know I mean I heard uh Shakur talk a little bit about this Shakur actually stated that you know he he he doesn't care at all about the belts the belts aren't really hit what he's interested in he's interested in the bag right he's interested in the bag and he's interested in the big fight he wants to fight the best and I think there's something about that that's why he went to Zufa that's why he signed with Zufa because he really wants to fight the best and in that in that um discussion that he had he also talked a little bit about how it doesn't preclude him from from fighting for any of the belts he can fight for any of the belts at any time and like you said that is the same for any of these other fighters that are out there that that happen to go yeah that are under Zufa.
SPEAKER_00Exactly you know yeah so we've got uh evil ways one four six four hey evil ways thanks for being on the uh broadcast thanks for uh staying with us and just dropping your little uh comments in here we really appreciate it um thanks for being with us seriously and everyone eating their words now including Oscar and Dana money must be good oh are you kid are you kidding The money must be good, evil ways. 1464. The money you did you hear earlier on what I was telling you about, even with you know just Shakur? A hundred. Here he goes. 100 million dollars. Come on, bro. Like, come on. This is big stuff.
SPEAKER_01It's it's like the bloods in the crypts are boys. That's how this thing is working out because they were really at odds with each other, but the money is so great, and the opportunities are so great. Not only can you have one fight, you can have a second fight, and you can have a trilogy. You can have three fights between those two guys. Yeah. Just because they're under the same network banner of the zone, they're funded by the chic, and everybody's involved is promoters who want to work together for that bag. Well, and as I said before, this is a great time for boxing.
SPEAKER_00Well, it's also a great time for fans because they're not chasing everybody, they're not chasing every platform. Um, you know, they're not buying every platform to see every other fight, every other place. It's all gonna end up in one place, and it already has. I mean, Dzone has really done an amazing job at bringing a lot of those major fights to the platform, and also now they're bringing those pay-per-views back to the platform as well. The other thing I want to say, Harold, is these promoters, they all for years have had their own fan bases, their own audiences that follow them and follow their fighters on one platform. So just imagine if everyone comes together, that's times however many come together, right? So if you've got, I mean, you're talking about the biggest uh financial nut that you know boxing has probably ever seen.
SPEAKER_01It's uh a great time if uh if you're gonna go throw newspapers to get that zone uh uh subscription, you should do so. If you're a fight fan at all, you should do so because you are going to get everything. Everything. It's just gonna it's just it's just a great platform uh for for them to for them to be on. So um to me, this is the biggest thing in boxing that Dana White has jumped in the bed with them. However, we still have the all the legislation, and if it passes, then Dan and White can jump out the sandbox.
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_01Well, he does at that point, he doesn't have to pay his fighters what they deserve because that part of the legislation says, I don't have to tell you how much I'm making, I can pay you what I want. Right now, the fight between Garcia and Connor Ben, everyone knows what that money may generate, and the fires are gonna be paid appropriately. That goes out the window if that legislation passed. So with Dana White to jump in the sandbox now, it's fine, but he may jump right out if it's signed over. So we have to see how it is. But for now, it's working. Even if he jumps out the sandbox, it doesn't matter. All the major promoters are still in there, so you're still gonna get the PBC fighters versus Golden Boy versus uh Mashroom versus Queensbury versus Salito versus whoever else is in their pocket in there. So it's still a great time.
Purse Talk And Vegas Fight Details
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, I mean it is still a great time, and actually uh that fight, I just wanted the the listeners to know that the fight between uh Ryan Garcia and Ben, uh Connor Ben, it's actually taking place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas again. But this fight is going to be on September 12th. So um it's the promoter is Oscar De La Hoya, Golden Boy, Dana White, Zufa, uh, and the matchmakers are uh Charles uh Buxeska from uh Zeus Zufa and Javier Razzo from Golden Boy. And um, you know, just just to touch on what you said um about how much they're making, I think that they're each Connor Bank commands about 15 million dollars per fight. Um, so I gotta think that that Ryan Garcia is making about the same. I mean, I don't know, but um actually um he he he earns anywhere from between 10 10 million and 30 million dollars per megafight. So, you know, I mean that's a lot of money. You think he gets 30 million for this fight with Conor Ben?
SPEAKER_01Well, Ryan's getting a bigger number, so we know Ben's baseline had been 15. It could be more this time, but we know it's at least 15. So you want to say 15. And uh Ryan is a champion, he's a WBC champion, yeah, and he is one of the most popular uh uh online uh uh personalities in the sport in the world. Yeah, no doubt. So he's going to guarantee he's he's gonna garner if he if it's 30, it's fine, but I know it's bigger than 15.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's gonna have to be bigger than 15.
SPEAKER_01And I would and he's the champion, he's the champion, he's being challenged.
SPEAKER_00I I would have to say it's somewhere between 15 and 30 for sure. You know, it would have to be. I'd be interesting to see. I'm excited to know what that number is, actually, Harold. You know, I'd like to really know.
SPEAKER_01It'll be leaked uh one way or the other. Uh, there are some sites out there that actually have the correct information on what the purchaser were, but usually that's like after the fight is over, you know, they will talk about the purse. Yeah, you know, but uh beforehand is all speculation because it just kind of fuels the uh promotion.
